(1)生產線的產能(neng)越(yue)大,單位熱鍍鋅(xin)產品(pin)的天(tian)然(ran)(ran)氣消耗(hao)越(yue)低。目前(qian)最好的設計,就是大連鑫永尚(shang)科技有限公司的“無(wu)尾(wei)氣引風微正壓熱工模式”高(gao)速(su)脈沖火焰鍍鋅(xin)爐,當(dang)前(qian)國內最低的天(tian)然(ran)(ran)氣消耗(hao)記錄為14.5m3/噸工件熱鍍鋅(xin),產能(neng)6萬(wan)噸/年。噸耗(hao)天(tian)然(ran)(ran)氣成本小于50元。
從整個(ge)(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)用(yong)電(dian)評價,用(yong)電(dian)主(zhu)要集(ji)中在行(xing)車、環保、照(zhao)明,高(gao)速(su)脈沖火焰鍍(du)鋅(xin)爐的配風系統用(yong)電(dian)量(liang)并(bing)不是很(hen)大,整個(ge)(ge)用(yong)電(dian)消耗下(xia)來,折(zhe)合成(cheng)單位熱鍍(du)鋅(xin)產(chan)品的電(dian)力消耗小于10KW,以平均電(dian)價0.9元/KWh計(ji)算,折(zhe)合電(dian)耗成(cheng)本9元。
(2)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)越大(da),單位熱(re)(re)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)越低(di),也適用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)爐生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線。例如:同樣以內(nei)地年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)6萬(wan)噸的(de)(de)(de)案例進行對(dui)比:年(nian)平均下來(lai),每(mei)噸熱(re)(re)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力消(xiao)耗(hao)為84-90KW/h/T,折(zhe)(zhe)合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)成本(ben)約(yue)81元,如果該案例放到本(ben)文所述青藏高原(yuan)、新疆、內(nei)蒙古、甘肅等(deng)(deng)太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)高輻(fu)射(she)地區,即“國家光熱(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)優先發(fa)展地區”,折(zhe)(zhe)合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)成本(ben)就會大(da)幅下降(jiang),僅(jin)為32.4元;需(xu)要說(shuo)明的(de)(de)(de)是(shi),本(ben)案例項(xiang)目所在(zai)(zai)地為內(nei)地,核算產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)為24小時170-200噸左右(you);不過最重要的(de)(de)(de)前提(ti)是(shi),產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)越大(da)耗(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)越低(di),這一點對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)爐生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線的(de)(de)(de)波(bo)動尤為明顯;在(zai)(zai)環保政(zheng)策的(de)(de)(de)當(dang)下,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線開(kai)工不足,在(zai)(zai)年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)2萬(wan)噸左右(you)的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)時,則每(mei)噸熱(re)(re)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力消(xiao)耗(hao)在(zai)(zai)160KW/h/T左右(you),幾乎提(ti)高了一倍。不過需(xu)要說(shuo)明的(de)(de)(de)是(shi),這是(shi)該示例工廠的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)廠用電(dian)(dian)(dian),沒單獨記(ji)錄爐子,電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)消(xiao)耗(hao)記(ji)錄中(zhong)也包含了辦公室、環保設備等(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang),是(shi)綜合(he)(he)計量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)。就電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)爐的(de)(de)(de)設計和(he)應用,成都四友(you)的(de)(de)(de)標準能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)120KW?h/T左右(you),大(da)連(lian)鑫(xin)永尚的(de)(de)(de)同產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)爐,標準能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)在(zai)(zai)90KW?h/T。
四、結論
2016年(nian)9月13日《國家能(neng)源(yuan)局關(guan)于建設太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)熱發(fa)(fa)電示范項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的通(tong)知(zhi)》正式印發(fa)(fa),共20個(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)入選,總(zong)計裝機(ji)(ji)容量(liang)(liang)134.9萬千瓦(wa),包括9個(ge)(ge)(ge)塔(ta)式電站,7個(ge)(ge)(ge)槽式電站和4個(ge)(ge)(ge)菲涅爾電站,無碟式項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)入圍,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)分布(bu)在甘肅(su)(9個(ge)(ge)(ge))、青海(hai)(4個(ge)(ge)(ge))、河北(4個(ge)(ge)(ge))、內蒙古(2個(ge)(ge)(ge))、新(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)(1個(ge)(ge)(ge))五(wu)地(di)。去掉河北所占四個(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),當前青藏高原、新(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)、內蒙古、甘肅(su)等太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)的高輻射地(di)區,即“國家光熱發(fa)(fa)電優(you)先發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)地(di)區”,總(zong)裝機(ji)(ji)容量(liang)(liang)達到了113.5萬千瓦(wa)。
根據(ju)熱(re)(re)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)所(suo)占太陽(yang)(yang)能熱(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)的(de)(de)投資比例(li),塔(ta)式(shi)約(yue)52%、槽式(shi)約(yue)52%、線(xian)性(xing)(xing)菲涅(nie)(nie)爾(er)式(shi)小于40%、蝶式(shi)約(yue)20%進行核算(suan),塔(ta)式(shi)總裝機功率63.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa)項目(mu)中,熱(re)(re)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)產品市(shi)場(chang)(chang)容(rong)(rong)量達(da)到(dao)(dao)了(le)28萬(wan)噸(dun);槽式(shi)總裝機功率40萬(wan)千瓦(wa)項目(mu)中,熱(re)(re)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)產品市(shi)場(chang)(chang)容(rong)(rong)量達(da)到(dao)(dao)了(le)16萬(wan)噸(dun);線(xian)性(xing)(xing)菲涅(nie)(nie)爾(er)式(shi)總裝機功率10萬(wan)千瓦(wa)項目(mu)中,熱(re)(re)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)產品市(shi)場(chang)(chang)容(rong)(rong)量達(da)到(dao)(dao)了(le)8萬(wan)噸(dun);由于上(shang)述項目(mu)中沒有蝶式(shi)太陽(yang)(yang)能熱(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu),因此(ci),熱(re)(re)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)產品市(shi)場(chang)(chang)容(rong)(rong)量尚屬空白。通過以上(shang)分析,上(shang)述地區“十三五”期間,僅太陽(yang)(yang)能熱(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)熱(re)(re)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)產品市(shi)場(chang)(chang)容(rong)(rong)量達(da)到(dao)(dao)了(le)52萬(wan)噸(dun)。除此(ci)之外,傳統(tong)的(de)(de)光伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)產業(ye)、風電(dian)(dian)產業(ye)配(pei)套、電(dian)(dian)力及通訊行業(ye)的(de)(de)既(ji)有熱(re)(re)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)產品市(shi)場(chang)(chang),也具有相當規模的(de)(de)潛力。
針對(dui)以(yi)上各(ge)個行業的項(xiang)目(mu)配套熱(re)(re)鍍(du)鋅項(xiang)目(mu),在項(xiang)目(mu)所在地(di)建設熱(re)(re)鍍(du)鋅項(xiang)目(mu),在土(tu)地(di)、人力成本、運(yun)輸(shu)距離等方(fang)面(mian)具有內地(di)無可比(bi)擬的優(you)勢和條件,同時在國家光熱(re)(re)發(fa)電政策(ce)利好形勢下,從(cong)熱(re)(re)鍍(du)鋅生產(chan)運(yun)營成本方(fang)面(mian)評估(gu),電能相(xiang)對(dui)于天然氣應用(yong)的優(you)勢更(geng)(geng)加明顯,因此,更(geng)(geng)加適合于電能鍍(du)鋅爐的選用(yong);同時,也預祝我國西部(bu)地(di)區熱(re)(re)鍍(du)鋅行業從(cong)產(chan)能、技術、工藝(yi)裝備水平等方(fang)面(mian),早日迎來(lai)快速發(fa)展!
