據思安(an)新能源(yuan)股份有限公司(以下簡(jian)稱思安(an)新能源(yuan))方面消息,目前(qian)由(you)該公司開(kai)發建(jian)設的(de)國(guo)內首例(li)光(guang)熱+固體儲熱農業應(ying)用項目正(zheng)在加緊(jin)建(jian)設,預計將于(yu)今年八月份上(shang)旬(xun)安(an)裝完成,中旬(xun)開(kai)始調試,下旬(xun)正(zheng)式(shi)投入運行。

該項目由(you)思安(an)新(xin)能(neng)源承建,位(wei)于北京國(guo)家級食用菌(jun)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)標準化示范區(qu)內(nei),主要(yao)由(you)3000㎡槽式(shi)導(dao)熱油聚(ju)光集熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、5MWh固體儲(chu)熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)以及換熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和配套智(zhi)能(neng)自動(dong)控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)組成(cheng)。該項目的一(yi)大(da)特點(dian)是將(jiang)大(da)型固體儲(chu)熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)應用于綠色農(nong)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)產,最終將(jiang)形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)集熱、儲(chu)熱、智(zhi)能(neng)控(kong)制的分布(bu)式(shi)智(zhi)慧能(neng)源系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。

由上(shang)述示意圖可以看到,當(dang)白(bai)天光照(zhao)強度高、太陽(yang)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)(liang)充足(zu)(zu)時(shi)(shi)(shi),太陽(yang)能(neng)集熱(re)(re)(re)器收集熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)(liang),一(yi)(yi)部分(fen)(fen)進入儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統儲(chu)(chu)存,一(yi)(yi)部分(fen)(fen)進入末端通過(guo)蒸汽(qi)發生(sheng)器產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)蒸汽(qi),用(yong)于滅菌;當(dang)光照(zhao)條(tiao)件不好,太陽(yang)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)(liang)較(jiao)少時(shi)(shi)(shi),利(li)用(yong)光熱(re)(re)(re)+固(gu)體儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)(liang)供(gong)應蒸汽(qi)發生(sheng)器用(yong)能(neng);在光照(zhao)(嚴重)不足(zu)(zu)或夜間時(shi)(shi)(shi)段,完全由固(gu)體儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)供(gong)能(neng),保證供(gong)汽(qi)。原有的電磁(ci)鍋爐做為備(bei)用(yong)能(neng)源,在長(chang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間雨(yu)雪(xue)等(deng)惡劣天氣或者光熱(re)(re)(re)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)不足(zu)(zu)時(shi)(shi)(shi),進行輔(fu)助熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)補(bu)充。
儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)高效運(yun)行,彌(mi)補了光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)資源間歇性與(yu)不(bu)穩定性的(de)(de)缺(que)點,既(ji)保證熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)的(de)(de)連續輸出,同時也滿足使用(yong)(yong)(yong)端的(de)(de)持續用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)需求,實現夜間以及光(guang)(guang)照條件不(bu)理想時段供(gong)(gong)汽(qi)。項(xiang)目的(de)(de)聚光(guang)(guang)集熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)由成都禪德太陽能電力(li)有(you)限公(gong)司提供(gong)(gong),固體儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)裝置為(wei)(wei)思(si)安(an)新(xin)能源與(yu)西安(an)交(jiao)通大學(xue)合作研(yan)發(fa)的(de)(de)高性能模塊化產品。高效能固體儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)可(ke)(ke)根據光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)集熱(re)(re)(re)(re)溫(wen)度與(yu)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)端用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)用(yong)(yong)(yong)汽(qi)需求,實現自動(dong)控制、自動(dong)運(yun)行。白天固體儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)平均儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)功(gong)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)830kW,有(you)效放(fang)(fang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)5000kW?h,儲(chu)(chu)放(fang)(fang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)達到93%,夜間放(fang)(fang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)過(guo)程中提供(gong)(gong)大于10000kW?h的(de)(de)高溫(wen)供(gong)(gong)暖熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang),供(gong)(gong)汽(qi)與(yu)供(gong)(gong)暖結合,可(ke)(ke)連續供(gong)(gong)汽(qi)6~10個小時,系(xi)統(tong)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)更(geng)高,可(ke)(ke)以實現全天候供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。與(yu)原有(you)用(yong)(yong)(yong)能方式相比,該項(xiang)目建成投運(yun)后(hou),可(ke)(ke)年減(jian)(jian)少(shao)40%運(yun)行費用(yong)(yong)(yong),年節省標煤(mei)440噸(dun)(dun)(dun),年減(jian)(jian)少(shao)CO2排(pai)放(fang)(fang)299.2噸(dun)(dun)(dun),年減(jian)(jian)少(shao)SO2排(pai)放(fang)(fang)33噸(dun)(dun)(dun),年減(jian)(jian)少(shao)氮化物排(pai)放(fang)(fang)16.5噸(dun)(dun)(dun)。
此外,在(zai)光熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong),可以保(bao)障光熱(re)(re)產生的(de)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)連續平(ping)穩(wen)的(de)輸出(chu)。做為太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)利用(yong)(yong)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)重(zhong)要組成部分,儲(chu)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)能(neng)(neng)夠解決太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)輻射強度變(bian)化,影響蒸汽穩(wen)定(ding)輸出(chu)的(de)問題;在(zai)光熱(re)(re)發電站(zhan)設置(zhi)(zhi)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong),能(neng)(neng)夠使熱(re)(re)力站(zhan)夜間(jian)持續輸出(chu),起到削峰填谷的(de)作用(yong)(yong),滿足(zu)用(yong)(yong)電負荷需求。提高(gao)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)利用(yong)(yong)系(xi)統(tong)對能(neng)(neng)量(liang)的(de)分配和時間(jian)轉移(yi)能(neng)(neng)力,提高(gao)電站(zhan)全年(nian)利用(yong)(yong)率。且固體儲(chu)熱(re)(re)具有運(yun)行(xing)(xing)安全,儲(chu)熱(re)(re)材(cai)料(liao)壽命長,運(yun)行(xing)(xing)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)低(di),故障率低(di)等優點,從成本與性(xing)能(neng)(neng)兩(liang)個方(fang)面考(kao)慮,固體儲(chu)熱(re)(re)產品既滿足(zu)客戶用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)量(liang)需求,又保(bao)證經(jing)濟性(xing)。
