近日(ri),由中國電(dian)建(jian)(jian)所屬山東(dong)電(dian)力建(jian)(jian)設(she)第三工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)公(gong)(gong)司(簡稱“山東(dong)電(dian)建(jian)(jian)三公(gong)(gong)司”)總承包,其下鴻瑞咨詢(xun)公(gong)(gong)司參與設(she)計(ji)的(de)努奧(ao)二期200MW槽(cao)式光熱(re)電(dian)站因(yin)在(zai)節能、低(di)碳(tan)、綠色(se)、環保(bao)方面(mian)有突出表現,在(zai)中國施工(gong)(gong)企業管理協(xie)會綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)委員會公(gong)(gong)布的(de)2019年(nian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)設(she)計(ji)水(shui)平(ping)評價結果名單中,榮獲本年(nian)度工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)設(she)計(ji)水(shui)平(ping)評價一等成果。
摩洛(luo)哥努奧二期200MW槽(cao)式光熱(re)電站的“綠色性”主要表現在兩(liang)大方(fang)面:
一是作為清潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)的(de)太陽(yang)能(neng),與常規火(huo)電(dian)相比(bi)(bi),本身即可(ke)節約大量(liang)的(de)煤炭或油氣資源(yuan),有(you)利于(yu)環境保(bao)護。努奧二(er)期項目年上網電(dian)量(liang)為703807MWh,與相同發電(dian)量(liang)的(de)火(huo)電(dian)相比(bi)(bi),每年可(ke)節約標(biao)準煤約21.4萬(wan)噸,每年可(ke)減(jian)少(shao)SO2排放量(liang)約4364t,CO2約57.3萬(wan)噸,NOx排放量(liang)約1478t,具有(you)明顯的(de)節能(neng)環保(bao)效果。
二是(shi)在設計過程(cheng)中(zhong),本工程(cheng)采用主機排汽采用直接空(kong)冷冷卻方式(shi),大大降低(di)了(le)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資源的消耗。如全廠各類污(wu)、廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)采用分(fen)流制(zhi)。為(wei)實現梯級供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)重復利(li)用,設置工業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管道(dao)、生活(huo)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管道(dao)、含(han)油廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管道(dao)等。從設計入手,將(jiang)污(wu)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)根據(ju)其(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質和(he)處理難度(du)進行分(fen)類,使污(wu)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的收集、處理和(he)回(hui)用落到實處。本項(xiang)目設計百萬千瓦(wa)淡水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)耗水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)指標為(wei)0.042 m3/s ,節水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)效果顯著(zhu)。
努奧(ao)二期200MW槽式光(guang)熱發電項目(mu)作為中國企業在海外(wai)建(jian)設的首個大型(xing)光(guang)熱電站,是國家“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”倡議在摩洛哥落地實施的最(zui)大項目(mu),受到全球可再生(sheng)能源領(ling)域的高度關注。
