推動光熱產業項目落地
聚力(li)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she),為助推建(jian)(jian)設(she)國(guo)家(jia)清潔能(neng)源示范省(sheng)、“雙碳”目(mu)(mu)標注入源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)綠色能(neng)源。大(da)力(li)實(shi)施(shi)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)攻堅,出臺《項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)攻堅年(nian)(nian)(nian)實(shi)施(shi)方案(an)(an)》《市級領導包聯重大(da)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)及重點項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)專班工(gong)作(zuo)方案(an)(an)》,為光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)儲一(yi)(yi)體化(hua)(hua)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)等重大(da)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)早開(kai)工(gong)、早建(jian)(jian)成、早投產(chan)、早達(da)(da)效裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上“助推器(qi)”。全力(li)推動國(guo)內(nei)首個大(da)型商(shang)業化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)中廣核德(de)令哈50兆(zhao)瓦(wa)槽式(shi)光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)落地,絕大(da)多數月份電(dian)(dian)(dian)站實(shi)際(ji)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量達(da)(da)到或超過設(she)計水平,刷(shua)新了(le)以往最長連續運行紀錄,每(mei)(mei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)可減(jian)(jian)排二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳約(yue)10萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)。全力(li)推動國(guo)家(jia)首批光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)示范項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)之一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)中控德(de)令哈50兆(zhao)瓦(wa)塔式(shi)光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)落地,著力(li)提(ti)升光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)國(guo)產(chan)化(hua)(hua),已實(shi)現95%的(de)(de)(de)設(she)備(bei)國(guo)產(chan)化(hua)(hua)率(lv),降低(di)了(le)制造(zao)成本、建(jian)(jian)設(she)成本和運維成本,每(mei)(mei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)可減(jian)(jian)排二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳約(yue)12.1萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)。全力(li)推動光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)配套(tao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)制造(zao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)落地,實(shi)施(shi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)產(chan)15萬(wan)(wan)套(tao)新能(neng)源光(guang)伏(光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re))支架全自動生產(chan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),生產(chan)光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)所需的(de)(de)(de)大(da)面積鏡面支撐(cheng)架等產(chan)品,為光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)落地提(ti)供了(le)強有力(li)的(de)(de)(de)支撐(cheng)。全力(li)推動國(guo)內(nei)儲能(neng)配比率(lv)最高的(de)(de)(de)德(de)令哈200萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)光(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)儲一(yi)(yi)體化(hua)(hua)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)開(kai)工(gong)建(jian)(jian)設(she),投產(chan)后(hou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)上網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量可達(da)(da)36.5億千(qian)瓦(wa)時,每(mei)(mei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)可減(jian)(jian)排二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳約(yue)260萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun),契合國(guo)家(jia)雙碳戰(zhan)略目(mu)(mu)標要求。
突破光熱產業技術瓶頸
緊扣打造國(guo)(guo)(guo)家清潔能源產(chan)(chan)業高地(di)建設目標,加(jia)大(da)產(chan)(chan)學研(yan)合作力(li)(li)度(du),支持(chi)企業持(chi)續(xu)加(jia)大(da)與省(sheng)內(nei)(nei)外大(da)學及(ji)高等科(ke)研(yan)院所(suo)的合作,中控太陽能發電(dian)(dian)有限公司聯合中國(guo)(guo)(guo)科(ke)學院青海(hai)(hai)鹽湖(hu)研(yan)究所(suo)、中山大(da)學、華南理工(gong)大(da)學合作開發高溫熔鹽儲熱(re)科(ke)技攻(gong)關(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)作。建立健(jian)全(quan)科(ke)技創新人(ren)才關(guan)(guan)(guan)心關(guan)(guan)(guan)愛機制(zhi),培養國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)領先的光(guang)熱(re)科(ke)技攻(gong)關(guan)(guan)(guan)團隊,儲備光(guang)熱(re)生產(chan)(chan)運維技術(shu)骨干人(ren)才。著力(li)(li)突(tu)破塔(ta)式、槽式光(guang)熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)“卡脖(bo)子(zi)”關(guan)(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)技術(shu),德令哈(ha)槽式光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)集成控制(zhi)技術(shu)在國(guo)(guo)(guo)際上首(shou)次(ci)進行(xing)高海(hai)(hai)拔地(di)區(qu)精準(zhun)故障識別及(ji)預警技術(shu)研(yan)究,首(shou)次(ci)掌(zhang)握(wo)高耐候高精度(du)液(ye)壓(ya)驅動系(xi)統設計(ji)、全(quan)天(tian)候實時監(jian)測等核心技術(shu),填補了國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)相關(guan)(guan)(guan)技術(shu)領域的空白,在電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)壽(shou)命期內(nei)(nei)每年可提(ti)高發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)6500萬千瓦時;德令哈(ha)市塔(ta)式光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)采(cai)用國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)化聚光(guang)集熱(re)系(xi)統和儲換熱(re)系(xi)統等核心設備,今年7月,中控德令哈(ha)50兆瓦光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)成為全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)首(shou)個年實際發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)完全(quan)達到并超越(yue)設計(ji)水平的塔(ta)式熔鹽儲能光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)
