近日,第(di)二十三屆中國(guo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利獎(jiang)獲獎(jiang)名單(dan)出爐,中國(guo)華能(neng)集(ji)團清潔(jie)能(neng)源技術研究院《一種反射鏡(jing)對準檢測裝置及其工作方法》榮獲中國(guo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利優秀獎(jiang)。
該專利為一種太(tai)陽能(neng)熱(re)發電(dian)反射鏡對準檢測裝置(zhi)和工作方法,對于增強太(tai)陽能(neng)反射鏡跟蹤聚焦精度,提(ti)高集熱(re)鏡場效(xiao)率、提(ti)升(sheng)太(tai)陽能(neng)熱(re)發電(dian)技術水平、推動國內光熱(re)發電(dian)站的(de)發展(zhan)具有重要作用。
目前已成功經應(ying)用于華(hua)(hua)能(neng)南山(shan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠1.5MWth太陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置中,該集(ji)成系統運行正(zheng)常,同(tong)時以該專利為核心技術(shu)方案的華(hua)(hua)能(neng)烏拉特50MW光熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站成功入圍國家能(neng)源局第(di)一(yi)批太陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)示范工程。
華(hua)能(neng)南(nan)山電(dian)廠(chang)1.5MWth太陽能(neng)熱(re)發電(dian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)集熱(re)功率為1.5MWth,利用反(fan)射鏡收集太陽光產(chan)生3.5MPa/450oC的(de)過熱(re)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi),蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)并(bing)入華(hua)能(neng)南(nan)山電(dian)廠(chang)的(de)汽(qi)(qi)輪機發電(dian)。該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)在建(jian)成時實現了國內太陽能(neng)集熱(re)達到的(de)最高蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)參數。項目建(jian)成投(tou)運時,中央電(dian)視臺《新聞聯(lian)播》對該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)投(tou)入運行(xing)進行(xing)報道。該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)中反(fan)射鏡面積約(yue)(yue)6600平方米,使用約(yue)(yue)十余套(tao)上述(shu)專利裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)。
該集成式太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能熱(re)發電系(xi)統運行長期運行,效果良好,創造直接經(jing)濟利潤數十萬元。自主開發出了(le)直接蒸汽式太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能熱(re)發電中(zhong)的鏡(jing)場跟蹤系(xi)統,反(fan)射(she)鏡(jing)形狀精準(zhun)調節,熔鹽儲熱(re)等諸多核心關(guan)鍵技術,并建(jian)成了(le)我國首套線聚焦接蒸汽式混合發電太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能熱(re)發電裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。
使用該太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置的線性(xing)(xing)菲涅(nie)爾發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術(shu)(shu)在(zai)國內得到進一步推廣,以線性(xing)(xing)菲涅(nie)爾發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術(shu)(shu)為核心技術(shu)(shu)方案依托華(hua)能(neng)(neng)北方公司烏拉(la)特(te)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠申報的50MW的線性(xing)(xing)菲涅(nie)爾太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站成(cheng)功入(ru)選(xuan)國家能(neng)(neng)源局太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)示(shi)范項目(mu)。使用該技術(shu)(shu)的太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術(shu)(shu),經測算,每度(du)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)價在(zai)1.0元(yuan)/度(du),與當時國內測算太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)相比,下降(jiang)了15%。若按100MW光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站規模,儲熱(re)11小時,投(tou)資約30億元(yuan),年(nian)累計(ji)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)約3.9億度(du),本專(zhuan)利可創造直接效益4500萬元(yuan),間接效益1.95億元(yuan)。
隨著(zhu)本專利技術的(de)應(ying)用(yong)和產業化發(fa)(fa)展,“太陽能熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”“光(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”“光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站”被明確列入有關政策,成為(wei)政策明確鼓(gu)勵的(de)發(fa)(fa)展方向。光(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)具(ju)備大(da)容量、長時間儲能以及(ji)交(jiao)流同步發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機特性兩方面(mian)功能,可(ke)(ke)以作為(wei)當(dang)地的(de)支撐電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)與(yu)調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),可(ke)(ke)為(wei)新(xin)建外(wai)送(song)通道提供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力支持(chi)與(yu)穩(wen)定運行支撐。在(zai)實現“碳(tan)達(da)峰、碳(tan)中(zhong)和”戰略目標(biao)以及(ji)在(zai)“構建以新(xin)能源(yuan)為(wei)主體的(de)新(xin)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統”中(zhong)可(ke)(ke)發(fa)(fa)揮重要(yao)作用(yong)。
中(zhong)國專(zhuan)利獎(jiang)(jiang)由國家知識產權(quan)局于(yu)1989年設立,2009年起中(zhong)國專(zhuan)利獎(jiang)(jiang)評選周期由二年一屆改為(wei)一年一屆,今年評選的是(shi)第二十(shi)三屆中(zhong)國專(zhuan)利獎(jiang)(jiang)。
