荒(huang)(huang)(huang)漠(mo)化(hua)(hua)被稱為(wei)“地(di)(di)球的(de)(de)(de)癌癥”,是(shi)全球生(sheng)態的(de)(de)(de)“頭號(hao)殺手(shou)”,嚴(yan)重(zhong)威脅人類的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)存和發(fa)(fa)展據不完全統計,全世(shi)界荒(huang)(huang)(huang)漠(mo)化(hua)(hua)土地(di)(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji),已達(da)3600萬平(ping)方(fang)(fang)公(gong)里(li),占整個陸地(di)(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)1/4;而(er)中國(guo)是(shi)世(shi)界上荒(huang)(huang)(huang)漠(mo)化(hua)(hua)最(zui)嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)家(jia)之一,荒(huang)(huang)(huang)漠(mo)化(hua)(hua)土地(di)(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)約261萬平(ping)方(fang)(fang)千(qian)米(mi),占國(guo)土面(mian)(mian)積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)27%,主要分布在新疆、內蒙古(gu)、西藏、甘肅、青(qing)(qing)海等地(di)(di),以青(qing)(qing)海省(sheng)為(wei)例,現有荒(huang)(huang)(huang)漠(mo)化(hua)(hua)土地(di)(di)19.03萬平(ping)方(fang)(fang)公(gong)里(li),占全省(sheng)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)的(de)(de)(de)26.5%,是(shi)我國(guo)荒(huang)(huang)(huang)漠(mo)化(hua)(hua)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)較(jiao)大(da)、分布較(jiao)廣,危(wei)害嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)區(qu)之一,沙塵暴肆虐、植被破壞,物種滅亡、居民(min)生(sheng)活貧困。而(er)隨著一座耀眼奪目的(de)(de)(de)大(da)型光熱(re)電站——中電建青(qing)(qing)海共(gong)和50MW塔式光熱(re)電站落(luo)地(di)(di)扎根青(qing)(qing)海后(hou),這里(li)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)態環境(jing)正(zheng)在悄悄發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)改變。
該(gai)光熱電站不(bu)僅能(neng)(neng)夠源(yuan)源(yuan)不(bu)斷地(di)輸(shu)送清(qing)潔(jie)電力,也為(wei)當(dang)地(di)生(sheng)(sheng)態環境(jing)的(de)恢復輸(shu)送“綠色能(neng)(neng)量”。發展清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan),涵養(yang)荒漠生(sheng)(sheng)態,在黃(huang)河岸(an)邊做(zuo)到了和(he)諧(xie)統一。隨(sui)著項目的(de)穩定運(yun)行(xing),“駐守”戈壁(bi)的(de)定日(ri)鏡迎來(lai)了“新伙伴”,當(dang)初的(de)黃(huang)沙已(yi)不(bu)見蹤影,取而代之的(de)是(shi)郁(yu)郁(yu)蔥蔥的(de)綠色。
我國光(guang)資源優(you)質地(di)區,與亟待改(gai)善的荒(huang)漠(mo)化土(tu)地(di)高度重合,非(fei)常適宜建(jian)設光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)站,光(guang)熱(re)發電(dian)將是荒(huang)漠(mo)化治(zhi)理的一劑“良方”,光(guang)熱(re)產業不(bu)僅可以恢復生態環境,同時可為西部(bu)荒(huang)漠(mo)化貧(pin)困地(di)區,提供大量的就業機會,提高居民生活(huo)水(shui)平,促進(jin)人與自然的和諧(xie)發展。
據悉,為將該(gai)光(guang)(guang)熱電(dian)(dian)站打造成海(hai)(hai)南(nan)州(zhou)(zhou)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)綠色(se)示范基地,中(zhong)國電(dian)(dian)建作為中(zhong)央企業(ye)不僅要(yao)大力發(fa)展(zhan)新(xin)(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)產(chan)業(ye),更要(yao)注重綠色(se)低碳(tan)發(fa)展(zhan),改善草(cao)(cao)原生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)良性循(xun)環(huan)綠色(se)可持續發(fa)展(zhan),實現新(xin)(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)展(zhan)與(yu)草(cao)(cao)原生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)修復“雙贏”目標(biao)。在(zai)海(hai)(hai)南(nan)州(zhou)(zhou)林業(ye)局的大力支(zhi)持下(xia),光(guang)(guang)熱電(dian)(dian)站員工和海(hai)(hai)南(nan)州(zhou)(zhou)相關(guan)單(dan)位派駐種(zhong)草(cao)(cao)人員進入光(guang)(guang)熱電(dian)(dian)站開展(zhan)種(zhong)草(cao)(cao)工作,通過種(zhong)植(zhi)堿草(cao)(cao)、固沙(sha)草(cao)(cao)等(deng)植(zhi)物,使鏡場內的風速(su)減小(xiao)了50%以上,水(shui)分蒸(zheng)發(fa)量(liang)減少了30%以上;水(shui)源(yuan)涵養(yang)量(liang)大大增(zeng)加,土地荒漠化(hua)得(de)到有(you)效遏制。更加有(you)益于降低光(guang)(guang)熱鏡場風速(su),降低水(shui)分蒸(zheng)發(fa),對植(zhi)被起到庇護作用。如今,青海(hai)(hai)共和光(guang)(guang)熱電(dian)(dian)站已然成為海(hai)(hai)南(nan)州(zhou)(zhou)塔拉灘最(zui)美(mei)的風景。
該(gai)光熱(re)電(dian)站位于青(qing)海省海南州共(gong)和(he)縣生態(tai)太陽(yang)能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)園區,是國家(jia)首批太陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)示范項目之(zhi)一,電(dian)站采用(yong)(yong)3萬面、20平方(fang)米定日鏡,吸熱(re)器中心標高210米,年利用(yong)(yong)小時數可(ke)達3138小時,發(fa)電(dian)1.56億千(qian)瓦時,每年可(ke)節省燃(ran)煤(mei)消(xiao)耗約(yue)5.12萬噸,減排二氧(yang)化(hua)碳約(yue)15.4萬噸,環保(bao)效益顯著(zhu),對優化(hua)當地(di)(di)電(dian)力結構、保(bao)護生態(tai)環境(jing)、解決地(di)(di)方(fang)電(dian)網調峰問題(ti)具(ju)有積極意義(yi)。
該光熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)由中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)集(ji)團(tuan)自行投(tou)資、設計、建(jian)設、運維(wei)。中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)新能源(yuan)集(ji)團(tuan)股份(fen)有(you)(you)限公司(si)(si)負(fu)責日(ri)(ri)(ri)常管理(li),中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)集(ji)團(tuan)西北勘測設計研究院有(you)(you)限公司(si)(si)承擔整體EPC總承包(bao)工(gong)(gong)作、中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)集(ji)團(tuan)山東(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)建(jian)設第三(san)工(gong)(gong)程有(you)(you)限公司(si)(si)負(fu)責現(xian)階段運維(wei)工(gong)(gong)作。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)2023年4月累計發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)完成690.90萬(wan)千瓦(wa)時,刷新了機組投(tou)產以來(lai)單(dan)(dan)月發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)的歷(li)史(shi)最(zui)高紀錄。其中,4月29日(ri)(ri)(ri),單(dan)(dan)日(ri)(ri)(ri)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)達到67.2萬(wan)千瓦(wa)時,超過3月13日(ri)(ri)(ri)單(dan)(dan)日(ri)(ri)(ri)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)61.9萬(wan)千瓦(wa)時的紀錄。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)單(dan)(dan)月和單(dan)(dan)日(ri)(ri)(ri)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)雙(shuang)創(chuang)新高!
