加大光熱投資!中國電建“十四五”規劃光熱裝機1.5GW

繼青(qing)海共(gong)和50MW光(guang)熱發(fa)電項目(mu)(mu)完成并網發(fa)電后,中國(guo)電建(jian)(jian)于(yu)2023年投建(jian)(jian)共(gong)和100萬千(qian)(qian)瓦光(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)熱項目(mu)(mu),該項目(mu)(mu)屬國(guo)家第二批沙戈荒大基地重點建(jian)(jian)設項目(mu)(mu),包含光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電90萬千(qian)(qian)瓦和配套太(tai)陽能(neng)熱發(fa)電10萬千(qian)(qian)瓦。該項目(mu)(mu)由中電建(jian)(jian)新能(neng)源集(ji)團股份(fen)有(you)限公司投資(zi),西北勘測(ce)設計研究院有(you)限公司(以下簡稱西勘院)總承包。


據了解,當(dang)前(qian),除永(yong)久用地、接入(ru)系統批復外,項目已取(qu)得全(quan)(quan)部前(qian)期手續,并完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)50萬千瓦的(de)組件采(cai)購工作。當(dang)前(qian),項目正在開展道路施工、光(guang)熱(re)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)設備(bei)招標,計劃今(jin)年年底(di)前(qian)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)光(guang)熱(re)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)設備(bei)基礎(chu)、吸(xi)熱(re)塔(ta)基礎(chu)建(jian)設,明(ming)年完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)吸(xi)熱(re)塔(ta)澆(jiao)筑及全(quan)(quan)部光(guang)熱(re)設備(bei)的(de)安裝,在同(tong)批次大基地項目中(zhong)進度(du)遙遙領(ling)先。截(jie)至目前(qian),項目已完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)資(zi)入(ru)庫5.5億元,預計2023年投(tou)資(zi)20億元,2024年底(di)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)35億元投(tou)資(zi),屆時中(zhong)國電建(jian)將在共和50MW光(guang)熱(re)發電項目基礎(chu)上(shang),在海南州實現投(tou)資(zi)70億元、繳納(na)稅額15億元。


一直以來,中國(guo)(guo)電(dian)建緊跟(gen)國(guo)(guo)家能源(yuan)局光熱整體部署(shu),緊緊圍繞其出力連續、穩定(ding)、靈活可調(diao)的(de)(de)特點開展技術(shu)(shu)(shu)攻關(guan),使光熱發電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)能夠像常(chang)規火電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)一樣向系(xi)統(tong)提供穩定(ding)的(de)(de)一次調(diao)頻及電(dian)壓支撐,有效保障(zhang)電(dian)網安全。早在(zai)2010年(nian),中國(guo)(guo)電(dian)建就立項開展了(le)太陽能熱發電(dian)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)相關(guan)課題研究(jiu),經過多年(nian)的(de)(de)辛勤鉆研,掌(zhang)握(wo)了(le)該領域的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵技術(shu)(shu)(shu),西勘(kan)院2013年(nian)起就組(zu)建了(le)光熱研發團隊并開展太陽能熱發電(dian)相關(guan)業務的(de)(de)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)準備。


2016年,為提升光(guang)熱發(fa)電國際競(jing)爭力,我國大力推動首批20個光(guang)熱發(fa)電示范項(xiang)目,青海共和50MW光(guang)熱發(fa)電項(xiang)目為示范項(xiang)目之一(yi),也是海南(nan)州唯一(yi)入選的光(guang)熱發(fa)電項(xiang)目。西勘院作為總承包單(dan)位,全(quan)程參與(yu)項(xiang)目的建設工(gong)作。

針對共和50MW光熱(re)發電項(xiang)目設計、施(shi)工、運(yun)(yun)行過程中遇到的多專業協(xie)同、多系統(tong)優化(hua)(hua)、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)升級等需求,西勘院持(chi)續開展技術攻關,并基于聚光集熱(re)、儲換熱(re)、汽輪發電系統(tong)的機理建模(mo)(mo),自主化(hua)(hua)建立了熔鹽(yan)塔式(shi)光熱(re)電站整體(ti)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)模(mo)(mo)型,能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠對電站在多云(yun)情況下的運(yun)(yun)行狀況做仿真分析,以準確提供系統(tong)各環(huan)節的運(yun)(yun)行狀態參數,解決多云(yun)天氣導致資(zi)源波(bo)動劇烈而引發的熔鹽(yan)流量、鹽(yan)溫的控制難題。


不僅如(ru)此,中國電建(jian)還首(shou)次在光熱電站中以BIM技術為基礎(chu),提出了多專(zhuan)業、多軟件、多數據(ju)的(de)耦合方(fang)法,實現項目設計、建(jian)設、運行全生命(ming)周(zhou)期的(de)數字化應用,解決了諸如(ru)前端鏡場開機(ji)后(hou)后(hou)端的(de)汽(qi)輪發(fa)電機(ji)組未能及時(shi)啟(qi)動,導致集熱系統被迫(po)停機(ji)等情(qing)況。


為支撐復雜工況下的聚光集熱系統(tong)運行(xing)性能(neng)提(ti)升,中(zhong)國(guo)電建更是創(chuang)新(xin)性提(ti)出了DNI的小時級符號化(hua)資源預(yu)測技(ji)術(shu),利用基于人工智能(neng)的多(duo)模型技(ji)術(shu)實現(xian)了DNI的超短期和短期預(yu)測,相比傳統(tong)的Sandia-TMY法計(ji)算的理論發電量誤差降低(di)約1.5%,DNI計(ji)算精度提(ti)升了5%~10%。


2017年(nian)6月,共(gong)和50MW光熱發電項目開(kai)工奠基。2018年(nian)5月正式(shi)開(kai)工建設,2019年(nian)9月19日并網。


自投(tou)建以來,該項(xiang)目始(shi)終發(fa)(fa)揮著其在(zai)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)方面的(de)示(shi)范(fan)引領作用,推(tui)動了(le)我國(guo)(guo)自主知(zhi)識(shi)產權(quan)的(de)技術體系(xi)形成,促進(jin)了(le)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)備國(guo)(guo)產化(hua)水平(ping)的(de)進(jin)一(yi)步提升(sheng)。在(zai)2019年舉辦(ban)的(de)第(di)六屆中國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)大(da)會上,共和50MW光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)項(xiang)目獲得中國(guo)(guo)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)示(shi)范(fan)項(xiang)目推(tui)動獎。該示(shi)范(fan)項(xiang)目的(de)成功申報,對(dui)于電(dian)建而言既是(shi)挑(tiao)戰,更是(shi)一(yi)次難得的(de)機(ji)遇。


據了(le)(le)解,首(shou)批光熱發(fa)電項目(mu)(mu)主要選用的(de)(de)為進(jin)(jin)口設(she)(she)備。為降低(di)生產(chan)(chan)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)、推(tui)進(jin)(jin)關鍵設(she)(she)備國有化進(jin)(jin)程,中國電建(jian)瞄準太(tai)陽(yang)能熱發(fa)電前沿技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)和“卡脖子(zi)”環節(jie),在(zai)熔(rong)鹽泵(beng)等核心設(she)(she)備方(fang)面大力(li)攻關,研發(fa)出擁有完全自主知識(shi)產(chan)(chan)權價值(zhi)300萬元的(de)(de)高溫熔(rong)鹽泵(beng),在(zai)設(she)(she)備性能上(shang)與原有價值(zhi)高達(da)(da)600萬元的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)口泵(beng)基本(ben)持平。該高溫熔(rong)鹽泵(beng)的(de)(de)研發(fa)降低(di)了(le)(le)項目(mu)(mu)投(tou)資成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben),增加了(le)(le)企(qi)業經(jing)濟效益,打破(po)了(le)(le)國外發(fa)達(da)(da)國家的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)壁壘(lei)。通過兩(liang)年來對技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)不斷攻堅克難(nan),當前,光熱主要設(she)(she)備國產(chan)(chan)化率已(yi)達(da)(da)到90%,有力(li)推(tui)動了(le)(le)我(wo)國光熱項目(mu)(mu)產(chan)(chan)業鏈的(de)(de)新材料(liao)、精(jing)密設(she)(she)備自主化發(fa)展進(jin)(jin)程。
