智能型光熱電站設計理念
近期,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)西北(bei)院(yuan)(yuan)牽頭承(cheng)擔的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)集(ji)團重大科(ke)技(ji)專項《太(tai)陽能熱發電(dian)(dian)(dian)設計、裝(zhuang)備制造(zao)及施工建(jian)造(zao)系統集(ji)成技(ji)術(shu)研究》項目通過(guo)科(ke)技(ji)成果鑒定。中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)西北(bei)院(yuan)(yuan)針對光熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)多(duo)云天(tian)氣運維(wei)難度大、發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量達(da)標(biao)難等技(ji)術(shu)難題,以光熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)全過(guo)程數據采集(ji)、傳輸、分(fen)析(xi)和輸出的(de)(de)“數據鏈”為(wei)基礎(chu),創新開發光熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)“數字(zi)孿生”性能分(fen)析(xi)平臺(tai),通過(guo)建(jian)立數字(zi)化(hua)模型(xing)、性能評估模型(xing),實現發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量預測、運行(xing)(xing)(xing)優化(hua)等可(ke)視化(hua)仿真分(fen)析(xi),確保電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)在(zai)多(duo)變環境和不同工況下(xia)的(de)(de)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)安全,讓AI成為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)操作人員的(de)(de)“副駕駛”。
中(zhong)國電(dian)建西北(bei)院在行業內率先提出(chu)“感(gan)知(zhi)精(jing)確、預測精(jing)準、數字孿生、AI支持、運行靈活(huo)、操作(zuo)簡便、聚能優(you)異(yi)、經濟高效”的新的智能型光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)站(zhan)建設理(li)念。這標志(zhi)著中(zhong)國電(dian)建西北(bei)院已經從(cong)傳統(tong)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)設計院向“智能型光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電(dian)站(zhan)系統(tong)集成商”的技術轉(zhuan)型,強力推動太陽(yang)能熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)產業蓬勃發(fa)(fa)展。
業績豐碩
中國電建西北(bei)院(yuan)積極探索(suo)風能、太陽能、生物(wu)質能、地熱能等新的(de)(de)能源(yuan)利用方(fang)式。開展了青海、甘肅、新疆(jiang)、西藏等多個省、自治(zhi)區的(de)(de)太陽能熱發電規(gui)劃、勘察設計(ji)和EPC總承包工作(zuo),在光(guang)熱電站系統(tong)設計(ji)、工程建設、性(xing)能評(ping)估、運行優(you)化等方(fang)面形成了鮮明的(de)(de)技術(shu)特色(se),具(ju)備建設一流(liu)智能型光(guang)熱電站的(de)(de)全過(guo)程系統(tong)集成服務能力。
近年來,中國(guo)電(dian)建西北院共完成光熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)可研(yan)設(she)計總裝機容量3000MW,勘察設(she)計750MW。目前正在開(kai)展承(cheng)(cheng)擔青(qing)海共和二期、三峽能(neng)源(yuan)青(qing)豫(yu)直流、國(guo)能(neng)青(qing)海共和等多(duo)個(ge)百兆瓦級光熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)項(xiang)目EPC總承(cheng)(cheng)包(bao)建設(she)工作。
