本裝備創新(xin)性(xing)的(de)采用(yong)球形儲(chu)(chu)(chu)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)作為規模(mo)化水(shui)蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)的(de)容器(qi),通過(guo)(guo)提(ti)高(gao)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)壓力(常壓到(dao)2.5MPa以上(shang)(shang)),大幅(fu)提(ti)高(gao)水(shui)蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(95℃到(dao)226℃以上(shang)(shang))實現水(shui)工質寬溫(wen)域儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(可(ke)利用(yong)溫(wen)區從50℃到(dao)170℃以上(shang)(shang))。利用(yong)清潔熱(re)(re)源,實現零(ling)碳熱(re)(re)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能,利用(yong)清潔綠電(dian)(dian),通過(guo)(guo)大功率(lv)的(de)電(dian)(dian)極鍋爐,把電(dian)(dian)轉換(huan)成熱(re)(re)。或利用(yong)壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能電(dian)(dian)站中(zhong)壓縮空氣(qi)(qi)產生(sheng)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,通過(guo)(guo)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)加熱(re)(re)水(shui),把它儲(chu)(chu)(chu)存在(zai)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)容器(qi)當中(zhong)。設置(zhi)雙(shuang)重(zhong)主動溫(wen)度(du)(du)補(bu)償系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),該系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)可(ke)減少球罐(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)周(zhou)期內溫(wen)度(du)(du)波(bo)動幅(fu)度(du)(du)及波(bo)動次數(shu)(shu),延(yan)長球罐(guan)(guan)(guan)壽命(ming)(ming)(系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)壽命(ming)(ming)不低(di)于20年),同時確保長時停機(ji)情況下保證系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)能夠隨時啟(qi)動。內部設置(zhi)環(huan)形塔(ta)式(shi)(shi)布(bu)水(shui)器(qi)結構,熱(re)(re)水(shui)型球罐(guan)(guan)(guan)蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)斜溫(wen)層比(bi)率(lv)≤1:20,蒸汽(qi)型球罐(guan)(guan)(guan)內蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)產出蒸汽(qi)干度(du)(du)不低(di)于99%。系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)可(ke)采用(yong)多罐(guan)(guan)(guan)串(chuan)聯氮氣(qi)(qi)隔離(li)冷熱(re)(re)同儲(chu)(chu)(chu)技術,實現同等情況下比(bi)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)的(de)立式(shi)(shi)、臥式(shi)(shi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)節約鋼(gang)材耗量30%以上(shang)(shang),節約占地(di)50%左右,大幅(fu)降低(di)設備、建(jian)安初投資;與傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)冷熱(re)(re)分罐(guan)(guan)(guan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)相比(bi),球罐(guan)(guan)(guan)數(shu)(shu)量減少近一(yi)半,大幅(fu)降低(di)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)整體投資。
應用場景
該系(xi)統(tong)采用水(shui)(shui)作為(wei)儲(chu)熱(re)介質,同時實現水(shui)(shui)工(gong)質寬溫(wen)域儲(chu)熱(re),兼具規模化和性價比(bi)優勢,填補(bu)低參數工(gong)業蒸汽及(ji)規模化高溫(wen)熱(re)水(shui)(shui)儲(chu)熱(re)技術空白(bai)。該裝置已在湖北(bei)應(ying)(ying)城300MW級壓縮空氣儲(chu)能電站(zhan)儲(chu)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)、百威啤酒電鍋(guo)爐蒸汽儲(chu)能系(xi)統(tong)、新疆阿克蘇柯平城市清(qing)潔供(gong)暖項目中(zhong)應(ying)(ying)用。
