項目圍繞電(dian)網側與(yu)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)側多能(neng)互(hu)(hu)(hu)補提升新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)納(na)的重大需求,從新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)不(bu)確定性建模與(yu)互(hu)(hu)(hu)補特(te)性分析、互(hu)(hu)(hu)補優化(hua)配置、互(hu)(hu)(hu)補優化(hua)調(diao)(diao)度(du)、互(hu)(hu)(hu)補協(xie)調(diao)(diao)控制(zhi)四項關鍵(jian)技術著手,通過研究多類型(xing)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)在不(bu)同(tong)時間尺度(du)、空間范圍的互(hu)(hu)(hu)補協(xie)調(diao)(diao)調(diao)(diao)度(du)與(yu)控制(zhi)方法,滿足電(dian)網側與(yu)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)側多能(neng)互(hu)(hu)(hu)補配置與(yu)運行(xing)優化(hua)應(ying)用需求,有(you)效提升新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)納(na),增強(qiang)系統運行(xing)的靈(ling)活性,為(wei)我國(guo)可再生(sheng)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)持續健康發展(zhan)探索新途徑。

“項(xiang)目突破了(le)高(gao)比例(li)新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)力(li)系統多(duo)(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補優(you)化配置與運行(xing)關鍵技(ji)術(shu),建立(li)了(le)高(gao)比例(li)新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)多(duo)(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補應用典(dian)范,形成(cheng)了(le)可(ke)借鑒、可(ke)推廣的(de)技(ji)術(shu)成(cheng)果和實(shi)踐經驗,為推動能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)基(ji)地(di)多(duo)(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補開發(fa)與利用、提升新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消納(na)能(neng)力(li)、帶(dai)動我國新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)并網運行(xing)控制技(ji)術(shu)升級提供(gong)了(le)重要技(ji)術(shu)支撐(cheng)。”國網青海(hai)電(dian)科院總(zong)工(gong)程師王生杰(jie)介紹(shao)說。


目前,該項(xiang)(xiang)目獲(huo)得發明專(zhuan)利31項(xiang)(xiang),授權軟件著(zhu)(zhu)作權7項(xiang)(xiang);發表SCI/EI論(lun)文(wen)39篇,出(chu)版學術(shu)專(zhuan)著(zhu)(zhu)1部。自2019年以來,該項(xiang)(xiang)目成果(guo)已(yi)在青海(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)和新(xin)疆(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)開展全面應用,滿足了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)側(ce)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/光伏/光熱/水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)/燃氣7種(zhong)類(lei)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),以及12座(zuo)多能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)互補電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的統(tong)一協調優化調度(du)與控制(zhi);成果(guo)推廣應用至西(xi)北、東北、甘(gan)肅、吉林、寧夏(xia)、山(shan)西(xi)、山(shan)東、黑(hei)龍江8個省級及以上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),支撐了(le)上述省區電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)年度(du)新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)(xiao)納(na)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力評估、可再(zai)生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)(xiao)納(na)責任權重測算(suan)、中長(chang)期電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量計劃制(zhi)定、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)協調控制(zhi)等,為促進新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)(xiao)納(na)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力提升提供了(le)重要支撐,社會經(jing)濟效(xiao)益顯(xian)著(zhu)(zhu)。
