據(ju)中(zhong)國國際經(jing)濟(ji)技術(shu)合作(zuo)促進會(hui)消息,此前,國家發改(gai)委(wei)、國家能(neng)(neng)(neng)源局等部門(men)先后印發《關于加(jia)快推動新型(xing)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)發展(zhan)的指導意見》《“十四五”新型(xing)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)發展(zhan)實施方案(an)》等相關政策(ce)文(wen)件,“新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源+儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)”開發建設模(mo)式已(yi)初顯成效。作(zuo)為可再生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源發展(zhan)的重要(yao)支撐點,熔鹽儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)正逐漸嶄(zhan)露頭角,在(zai)國內外得到(dao)了(le)廣泛(fan)應用,特別(bie)是在(zai)經(jing)濟(ji)和(he)環保領域起到(dao)了(le)引領和(he)示范作(zuo)用。
近日(ri),由中(zhong)(zhong)國國際經濟技術(shu)合(he)作促進會(hui)標(biao)準(zhun)化工(gong)作委(wei)員會(hui)(以下簡(jian)稱“國促會(hui)標(biao)委(wei)會(hui)”)聯合(he)通標(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)研標(biao)準(zhun)化技術(shu)研究院共同(tong)組織的《高溫熔鹽儲能罐技術(shu)要(yao)求》團(tuan)體標(biao)準(zhun)審查(cha)會(hui)成功召(zhao)開。

會上,徐(xu)琳介紹(shao)了國(guo)促會成立(li)以來的發(fa)展情況以及工作內容,并對《高溫(wen)熔鹽儲(chu)能罐技術要(yao)求》團體標準(zhun)的名稱(cheng)修訂方案、立(li)項(xiang)背景、編(bian)制(zhi)情況、編(bian)制(zhi)原則與框架、主要(yao)技術內容等向專家組和參編(bian)單位進(jin)行了詳細(xi)匯報。
專家組聽取(qu)匯(hui)報后,一致同意將(jiang)原標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)名稱“高溫(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)罐技術要(yao)(yao)求”修改為“熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)罐技術要(yao)(yao)求”,并(bing)圍繞《熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)罐技術要(yao)(yao)求》團體標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)范(fan)圍、規(gui)范(fan)性引用(yong)文件(jian)、術語和(he)定義、儲(chu)罐技術要(yao)(yao)求、檢驗(yan)與試驗(yan)等(deng)內容進(jin)行(xing)全面審查(cha),認(ren)為該(gai)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)以行(xing)業現(xian)有相(xiang)關(guan)技術指(zhi)標(biao)和(he)要(yao)(yao)求為基礎,以綜(zong)合性、系統性為原則,規(gui)定了(le)(le)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)罐的(de)保溫(wen)效果,有助于促進(jin)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)罐技術的(de)規(gui)范(fan)化(hua)和(he)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)化(hua),對我國光熱(re)發電(dian)、余熱(re)回收(shou)等(deng)領(ling)域的(de)規(gui)模化(hua)發展(zhan)具有深遠影響。專家組表示,本項標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)啟動,標(biao)志著熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)領(ling)域標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)建(jian)設(she)步(bu)伐向前(qian)邁(mai)出了(le)(le)一大(da)步(bu)。相(xiang)信隨著后續的(de)發布(bu)及實施,熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)罐將(jiang)在促進(jin)能(neng)源結構優化(hua)、實現(xian)碳(tan)中和(he)目標(biao)中發揮重要(yao)(yao)作用(yong),同時也將(jiang)為全球可(ke)持續能(neng)源發展(zhan)貢獻(xian)智(zhi)慧方案。
會議(yi)最后(hou),王肸(xi)副(fu)主任對本(ben)次會議(yi)進(jin)行(xing)總結(jie)發言。他表(biao)示(shi),隨(sui)著新(xin)(xin)能(neng)源技術(shu)的不(bu)(bu)斷發展(zhan),熔(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)罐(guan)在(zai)能(neng)源轉(zhuan)換和(he)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)存領域的應(ying)用前景越來越廣(guang)闊。未來,熔(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)罐(guan)將更加注重提(ti)高(gao)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)密度、降低(di)能(neng)耗(hao)、提(ti)高(gao)安全性(xing)等方面的技術(shu)創新(xin)(xin)和(he)應(ying)用。同時,隨(sui)著物聯網、大數(shu)據等新(xin)(xin)一代信息技術(shu)的不(bu)(bu)斷發展(zhan),熔(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)罐(guan)的智能(neng)化、遠程(cheng)監控功能(neng)也(ye)將得到進(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)升和(he)完(wan)善,在(zai)減(jian)少(shao)環境污染和(he)提(ti)高(gao)能(neng)源效率等方面釋(shi)放更大的潛力。
隨著“3060”雙碳(tan)目標在(zai)我國的(de)全面(mian)落實與推(tui)進(jin),能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)行業(ye)可再生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)電的(de)快速增(zeng)長以及新(xin)型電力系統建設的(de)迫切需求引領了儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)技術的(de)迅(xun)猛發(fa)展(zhan)。作為一種清(qing)潔、高效的(de)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)儲(chu)存手段(duan),熔鹽儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)技術正逐步引領著綠色(se)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)新(xin)篇章,將在(zai)全球能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)轉(zhuan)型中發(fa)揮越來越重要的(de)作用,對推(tui)動能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)綠色(se)轉(zhuan)型、保障能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)安全、促進(jin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)高質量發(fa)展(zhan)具有重要意(yi)義。
