近日,由(you)(you)CSPPLAZA平臺(tai)會員單位(wei)——蘭(lan)州蘭(lan)泵有限公(gong)(gong)司(以下簡稱蘭(lan)泵公(gong)(gong)司)為濟寧華(hua)源熱電熔鹽(yan)儲能調(diao)峰調(diao)頻項(xiang)目研制(zhi)的(de)熔鹽(yan)泵在項(xiang)目現場持續(xu)穩定運行。由(you)(you)蘭(lan)泵公(gong)(gong)司自主研發的(de)VMS系(xi)列熔鹽(yan)泵振動小(xiao)、穩定性(xing)高,且具備便于維護和(he)調(diao)節等(deng)優點,適用于多種工況,各項(xiang)性(xing)能指標優秀,制(zhi)造水平達到行業(ye)領先。
此前蘭泵公司研發(fa)的熔鹽(yan)泵已在(zai)光熱發(fa)電領域(yu)取(qu)得良好的運行(xing)成(cheng)果,獲得用戶的充分肯定。在(zai)此基礎上,蘭泵公司又成(cheng)功(gong)中(zhong)標華能西安熱工院(yuan)熔鹽(yan)儲熱項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)熔鹽(yan)泵及附屬設(she)備框架(jia)協議采購(gou)合(he)同,共為(wei)此框架(jia)協議包(bao)含的6個熔鹽(yan)儲熱項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)提(ti)供(gong)熔鹽(yan)泵48臺套。此次濟寧華源項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),是該框架(jia)協議所含項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)中(zhong)首批(pi)順利投運的成(cheng)功(gong)案例。
據悉蘭(lan)(lan)泵公司(si)共為該(gai)項目(mu)(mu)提供(gong)(gong)3臺熱(re)(re)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵、3臺冷(leng)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵、2臺疏(shu)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵及(ji)其附屬設備,基本覆蓋熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)輸送(song)的(de)(de)(de)(de)全過程,是整(zheng)個儲(chu)能(neng)循環系統(tong)不(bu)可或缺的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要組(zu)成(cheng)部分,為熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)廠熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)系統(tong)高效平(ping)穩地運行(xing)提供(gong)(gong)了(le)(le)強有(you)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)支持(chi)。此次華源項目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)功(gong)投(tou)運是蘭(lan)(lan)泵公司(si)在電(dian)(dian)廠靈活性(xing)改造領域(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)突破,實現了(le)(le)在電(dian)(dian)廠靈活性(xing)改造領域(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)全方(fang)面應(ying)用。蘭(lan)(lan)泵公司(si)研制的(de)(de)(de)(de)熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵系列(lie)產品不(bu)斷進行(xing)技術創新(xin),與時俱進,逐漸適(shi)配于光(guang)熱(re)(re)發電(dian)(dian)及(ji)熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)領域(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各種(zhong)應(ying)用場景。蘭(lan)(lan)泵公司(si)已逐漸成(cheng)為熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵全領域(yu)(yu)、全系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主力(li)供(gong)(gong)應(ying)商,這將為我國(guo)光(guang)熱(re)(re)發電(dian)(dian)及(ji)儲(chu)能(neng)領域(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高質量發展(zhan)持(chi)續(xu)助(zhu)力(li),并(bing)為國(guo)家實現雙碳目(mu)(mu)標貢獻力(li)量。
項目(mu)(mu)概(gai)況(kuang):該項目(mu)(mu)為全國(guo)(guo)首個(ge)“汽電(dian)(dian)”聯合(he)加(jia)(jia)熱的熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲能(neng)項目(mu)(mu),一期建設50兆瓦容量的熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲能(neng)系統(tong),額定供汽量75噸/小時,填補了我國(guo)(guo)“蒸(zheng)汽+電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)”輔助煤電(dian)(dian)調(diao)峰調(diao)頻、熱電(dian)(dian)解耦的技術(shu)空白,與傳統(tong)的熱熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲能(neng)項目(mu)(mu)相比,具有能(neng)量轉化效(xiao)率更(geng)高,調(diao)峰能(neng)力(li)更(geng)強(qiang)的優勢。對保障區域(yu)用(yong)熱安全,提升地區新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)消納,助力(li)雙碳目(mu)(mu)標的實(shi)現(xian)有著(zhu)較強(qiang)的示范(fan)帶動作(zuo)用(yong)。
