一(yi)是(shi)推動節(jie)能(neng)降碳。聚焦(jiao)主要耗能(neng)單(dan)元和(he)(he)重(zhong)點用能(neng)設備,采取關(guan)停并轉(zhuan)、節(jie)能(neng)提效(xiao)、燃氣轉(zhuan)電(dian)等(deng)舉(ju)措。實施光(guang)(guang)電(dian)、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)、余(yu)熱(re)等(deng)多種清(qing)潔能(neng)源(yuan)替代,成功投運30兆(zhao)瓦光(guang)(guang)伏電(dian)站和(he)(he)10兆(zhao)瓦光(guang)(guang)熱(re)鏡場,推廣應(ying)用水源(yuan)熱(re)泵機組和(he)(he)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)儲加熱(re)爐。在油(you)(you)(you)氣產(chan)量(liang)連(lian)年快速攀升的(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),實現(xian)能(neng)耗強(qiang)度(du)、碳排放強(qiang)度(du)雙控雙降,2023年同比分(fen)別下(xia)降63%、22%,建(jian)成中石油(you)(you)(you)首個(ge)百萬(wan)噸級零化石能(neng)源(yuan)消耗油(you)(you)(you)田(tian),10座井場通過碳中和(he)(he)認證(zheng)。二是(shi)實施減(jian)污(wu)擴綠(lv)。踐行“開發一(yi)個(ge)區塊(kuai)、建(jian)設一(yi)片(pian)綠(lv)洲、撐起(qi)一(yi)片(pian)藍天”的(de)理念,堅持污(wu)染(ran)物源(yuan)頭減(jian)量(liang)化、處置(zhi)(zhi)規范化、末端資(zi)源(yuan)化措施,實施火炬熄(xi)滅等(deng)措施,實現(xian)資(zi)源(yuan)化利(li)用及無害化處置(zhi)(zhi)率100%、污(wu)泥減(jian)量(liang)73.5%。克服沙漠戈壁惡劣自(zi)然條件,新增(zeng)綠(lv)化面積(ji)350畝(mu),生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)活區域綠(lv)化覆蓋率提升至82%,哈得遜油(you)(you)(you)田(tian)入選國家綠(lv)色礦山名錄。三是(shi)加快數(shu)智(zhi)賦能(neng)。聚焦(jiao)油(you)(you)(you)氣開采、集輸(shu)、處理全業務鏈,配套完善基礎設施,深化數(shu)智(zhi)技術應(ying)用,推進管理轉(zhuan)型升級,加快數(shu)智(zhi)化油(you)(you)(you)田(tian)建(jian)設。完善數(shu)據采集和(he)(he)視頻監(jian)控,試點黑屏操作,推廣安眼工(gong)程,單(dan)井線(xian)上巡檢率、中小站場無人(ren)值守率均達到100%。建(jian)成1個(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)調(diao)控中心(xin)和(he)(he)4個(ge)區域控制中心(xin),將(jiang)面積(ji)1.7萬(wan)平方公里范圍(wei)內的(de)619個(ge)油(you)(you)(you)氣井站變成“有圍(wei)墻”的(de)工(gong)廠,實現(xian)宏觀生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)態(tai)勢“可(ke)視”、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)現(xian)場運行“可(ke)監(jian)”、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)調(diao)度(du)處置(zhi)(zhi)“可(ke)調(diao)”。


著力提升價值創造能力,實現效益開發


一是(shi)夯實效益產(chan)量(liang)。強化(hua)“技術+管(guan)理”創(chuang)新(xin),深(shen)入挖(wa)掘效益產(chan)量(liang),充分發(fa)揮每口(kou)井(jing)的最(zui)大經濟價值(zhi)。深(shen)化(hua)地質(zhi)研究(jiu)、強化(hua)資料錄(lu)取(qu),精準刻畫油(you)藏(zang)剩余油(you)分布規律及位置,精確量(liang)化(hua)每口(kou)單井(jing)油(you)藏(zang)潛力(li)。通過優化(hua)工作制度(du)、泵掛深(shen)度(du)、清蠟周(zhou)期(qi)等(deng)(deng)舉措,油(you)井(jing)檢泵周(zhou)期(qi)最(zui)高(gao)達5717天,創(chuang)造中國(guo)石(shi)油(you)集(ji)團公司最(zui)高(gao)紀錄(lu)。二是(shi)深(shen)化(hua)提質(zhi)增效。改變(bian)傳統僅將甲方員(yuan)(yuan)工納入勞(lao)動(dong)生(sheng)產(chan)率核(he)算的做(zuo)法,建立(li)(li)甲乙(yi)方一體的全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)生(sheng)產(chan)率考核(he)指標(biao)。以此為牽引(yin),采取(qu)井(jing)下作業工序總包、地面工程設計優化(hua)等(deng)(deng)一系列措施,打造提質(zhi)增效“增值(zhi)版(ban)”。2023年(nian)實現控投降本(ben)(ben)創(chuang)效2.3億元,甲乙(yi)方全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)生(sheng)產(chan)率提升至1229萬元/人。三是(shi)踐行共(gong)建共(gong)享(xiang);全(quan)面推行甲乙(yi)方聯合黨建,通過組織(zhi)共(gong)建、隊伍共(gong)管(guan)、任務(wu)共(gong)擔、成(cheng)(cheng)果共(gong)享(xiang),實現了甲乙(yi)雙方“站在一起(qi)、想在一起(qi)、干在一起(qi)”;建立(li)(li)“一體化(hua)總包、集(ji)約化(hua)管(guan)理、專業化(hua)支(zhi)撐”的運維模式,在場站運維成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)下降8%的同時(shi),承包商員(yuan)(yuan)工收入顯著(zhu)增長(chang),推動(dong)甲乙(yi)方互(hu)利共(gong)贏、協同發(fa)展。
