近日,CCTV13、央(yang)(yang)廣網、央(yang)(yang)視新聞客戶(hu)端分別對中國(guo)電(dian)建集(ji)團西北院牽頭總承包的“三(san)峽青豫直流二期10萬千瓦光熱項目全系(xi)統(tong)并網發(fa)電(dian)”“假期不停(ting)工(gong)確保(bao)重(zhong)大工(gong)程建設加(jia)速(su)推(tui)進”進行了深度(du)報道。本項目投運發(fa)電(dian)標志著我(wo)國(guo)高海拔地區光熱發(fa)電(dian)規模化應用實現(xian)歷史性零的突破,為構建青海省新型電(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)注入百(bai)兆(zhao)瓦級清潔能源引擎。
本項目坐(zuo)落于青(qing)海(hai)省格爾木(mu)市烏圖美仁鄉,占地面積(ji)約287公(gong)頃(qing)。作為(wei)國際領先的塔式聚光(guang)發電技術的示范工程,配(pei)置(zhi)12小(xiao)時熔鹽儲能系統,實現全(quan)天候穩定供(gong)電,投(tou)產(chan)后年(nian)發電量可達2.271億千瓦(wa)時,滿(man)足(zu)18.93萬戶家庭(ting)清潔用電需求,相當于減少二氧化(hua)碳排放22.63萬噸、人工造林18.86萬畝(mu)生態(tai)效益。
項目(mu)實(shi)(shi)施過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)團隊在戈(ge)壁、荒漠、強(qiang)風沙極端環境下,累計(ji)攻(gong)克高精度聚光鏡場控制、高溫(wen)熔(rong)鹽傳熱儲熱等關(guan)鍵性(xing)技術難題,實(shi)(shi)現了(le)熔(rong)鹽泵、定(ding)日鏡等核心(xin)設(she)(she)(she)備國產(chan)(chan)化(hua)應(ying)用,為(wei)(wei)構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)光熱產(chan)(chan)業鏈(lian)自主化(hua)發展奠定(ding)堅實(shi)(shi)基礎;通(tong)過(guo)打(da)造(zao)“光熱+光伏”多能互補方(fang)案,顯著提(ti)升了(le)當(dang)地(di)電網穩定(ding)性(xing)和(he)消納(na)(na)能力(li)(li)(li),為(wei)(wei)我省(sheng)構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)新(xin)型電力(li)(li)(li)系統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)可復制推廣、經濟(ji)高效的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)范(fan)式,助力(li)(li)(li)能源結構(gou)綠色轉型;項目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),通(tong)過(guo)充分激活當(dang)地(di)勞動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)吸納(na)(na)能力(li)(li)(li),帶動(dong)周邊勞動(dong)力(li)(li)(li)屬地(di)化(hua)就業,實(shi)(shi)現了(le)經濟(ji)效益與社會效益協同發展。同時(shi),通(tong)過(guo)定(ding)日鏡場點陣式建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、中(zhong)(zhong)水回收系統(tong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she),減少了(le)區域地(di)表風速和(he)地(di)表蒸散量,提(ti)升園(yuan)區內(nei)防風固沙、水土保(bao)持能力(li)(li)(li),實(shi)(shi)現了(le)青(qing)海(hai)省(sheng)能源開(kai)發與生(sheng)態(tai)保(bao)護(hu)協同發展的雙重效益,為(wei)(wei)我國新(xin)能源開(kai)發與生(sheng)態(tai)文明建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)交融提(ti)供(gong)創新(xin)范(fan)式。
