而對于2017年剛剛開(kai)始規(gui)劃的智(zhi)(zhi)利和(he)迪(di)拜(bai)項(xiang)目,Solar Reserve已經以0.063美(mei)元/kWh(約(yue)合人民幣(bi)0.434元/kWh)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)成功中(zhong)標智(zhi)(zhi)利450MW的Tamarugal光熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目,這一電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)創(chuang)造了世界上(shang)太陽能(neng)光熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目的最(zui)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)記錄;迪(di)拜(bai)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)局(ju)Dewa目前正在(zai)為迪(di)拜(bai)Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum太陽能(neng)園區200MW塔式(shi)熔鹽(yan)光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站爭取低于0.08美(mei)元/kWh(約(yue)合人民幣(bi)0.551元/kWh)的上(shang)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia),雖該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)還未正式(shi)確定,但勢必也(ye)將創(chuang)造較低的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價(jia)水平(ping)。
新規劃的智利與迪拜光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)項目,相比國(guo)際其他光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)站的普遍(bian)電(dian)(dian)價(jia)水平,之所(suo)以能創(chuang)造(zao)出如此低的電(dian)(dian)價(jia)水平,主要得益于以下三點:1、儲熱(re)(re)型塔(ta)式光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)技術不斷(duan)成(cheng)(cheng)熟,其可承擔基礎負載的優勢日益引起(qi)重視,成(cheng)(cheng)本下降迅速(su);2、當(dang)地非常理想(xiang)的太陽光(guang)(guang)照資源;3、當(dang)地穩定的金融投資環境,使融資成(cheng)(cheng)本大(da)大(da)降低。
