2020年11月11-12日,國(guo)際電工委(wei)員會(hui)太陽能(neng)光熱電站技(ji)術委(wei)員會(hui)(IEC/TC 117)2020年年會(hui)以(yi)視頻會(hui)議形式召開。本次會(hui)議由IEC/TC 117秘(mi)書(shu)處組(zu)織,IEC/TC117主席、秘(mi)書(shu)、秘(mi)書(shu)助理,IEC中央辦公(gong)室技(ji)術官員,以(yi)及來自中國(guo)、德(de)國(guo)、西班(ban)牙、美國(guo)、意(yi)大利、葡萄(tao)牙、摩洛(luo)哥等國(guo)家(jia)和相關國(guo)際組(zu)織的40余名代(dai)表出(chu)席了會(hui)議。
會議對“IEC 62862-2-1儲熱(re)系統(tong)通用(yong)特性”、“IEC 62862-3-1槽式(shi)太陽能光熱(re)發電(dian)站設計總(zong)體(ti)要求”、“IEC 62862-4-1塔式(shi)太陽能光熱(re)發電(dian)站設計總(zong)體(ti)要求”和“IEC 62862-5-2大(da)型線(xian)性菲涅(nie)耳集熱(re)器(qi)的(de)一般要求和試驗方(fang)法”四(si)項國際標(biao)準進展和編制(zhi)情況進行介紹和討(tao)論(lun)。其中IEC 62862-3-1和IEC 62862-4-1分別由(you)中國大(da)唐和中國能建(jian)主導(dao)編制(zhi)。
會議(yi)聽(ting)取了新(xin)投票的4項新(xin)標準提案進展情況(kuang),其中由(you)(you)中廣(guang)核主(zhu)導的提案《槽式太陽能光熱發電(dian)站集(ji)熱系(xi)統性能試驗規程》(IEC 62862-3-4)已順利通(tong)過投票立(li)項,這是繼IEC 62862-3-1和IEC 62862-4-1之后,由(you)(you)我(wo)國(guo)主(zhu)導的第三項光熱領域國(guo)際標準。
會(hui)議研究(jiu)討論(lun)了5項(xiang)新標(biao)準項(xiang)目(mu)提案,其中(zhong)西班(ban)牙3項(xiang),德國(guo)1項(xiang),中(zhong)國(guo)1項(xiang),確定了以(yi)光熱發(fa)電站關鍵(jian)設備技術要求為重點,加快推進(jin)光熱發(fa)電國(guo)際標(biao)準研制的戰略規(gui)劃。

此次(ci)會(hui)議進(jin)一步加(jia)(jia)強了(le)各參與國的交流(liu)合作,將加(jia)(jia)快推進(jin)光熱(re)(re)發(fa)電領域的標準(zhun)化工作進(jin)程,促(cu)進(jin)實現(xian)太陽能光熱(re)(re)發(fa)電行(xing)業快速(su)、健康發(fa)展。
