青海大規模光伏發電策略優化技術有效提升新能源外送能力

11月(yue)16日,記者(zhe)從(cong)國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)網有限公(gong)司總(zong)部線上科技(ji)成果鑒定會獲悉,由國(guo)(guo)網青(qing)海省電(dian)力公(gong)司牽頭的“送/受(shou)端直流(liu)近(jin)區(qu)大規模光伏(fu)發電(dian)的控(kong)制(zhi)策略優化(hua)技(ji)術”項(xiang)目順利通過項(xiang)目評(ping)審,創新(xin)成果突出(chu),總(zong)體達(da)到(dao)“國(guo)(guo)際先進水平”。


項目研究成果將繼續應用于青豫直流送端、陜武直流送端、新疆南部等高比例光伏接入電網的暫態性能優化,提升青海海南地區、陜西、新疆的新能源消納和陜武直流輸電能力,進一步服務西部省份清潔能源電力外送。


自(zi)2019年項目(mu)立項以來(lai),國網(wang)(wang)青(qing)海(hai)省電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)公(gong)司,充分發(fa)揮青(qing)海(hai)新能源(yuan)地(di)域和自(zi)身技術優(you)勢,針對高比例光(guang)伏接(jie)入(ru)直流(liu)近區電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)缺乏暫(zan)(zan)(zan)態(tai)有效主動支撐造成(cheng)系統穩定(ding)性(xing)下降(jiang)的(de)問題(ti),分析了(le)影響(xiang)光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站暫(zan)(zan)(zan)態(tai)特(te)征控制模式及控制參(can)(can)(can)(can)數(shu),提出了(le)光(guang)伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)故障穿越關(guan)鍵參(can)(can)(can)(can)數(shu)提取(qu)、控制及參(can)(can)(can)(can)數(shu)優(you)化方(fang)法,解決了(le)多目(mu)標穩定(ding)約(yue)束下光(guang)伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制參(can)(can)(can)(can)數(shu)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)暫(zan)(zan)(zan)態(tai)穩定(ding)的(de)適應性(xing)難題(ti),構建(jian)了(le)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)需求-參(can)(can)(can)(can)數(shu)優(you)化-參(can)(can)(can)(can)數(shu)測試(shi)-仿真校核(he)”的(de)新能源(yuan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)暫(zan)(zan)(zan)態(tai)性(xing)能優(you)化技術體系,在青(qing)海(hai)高比例新能源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)完成(cheng)了(le)新能源(yuan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)暫(zan)(zan)(zan)態(tai)性(xing)能優(you)化實踐應用,經過2年科(ke)技攻關(guan),取(qu)得多項科(ke)技創新成(cheng)果,項目(mu)發(fa)表核(he)心論文(wen)7篇(pian),申請發(fa)明專利3項。

結合項(xiang)目(mu)研究結論,國網青海電(dian)力(li)目(mu)前已在青海海西地(di)區完成(cheng)50萬(wan)千(qian)瓦光伏參數(shu)優化(hua)試點,提升海西地(di)區新能源(yuan)外送(song)能力(li)20萬(wan)千(qian)瓦。按照2020年風(feng)電(dian)和光伏利用小(xiao)時(shi)數(shu)1917小(xiao)時(shi)和1468小(xiao)時(shi)計(ji)算,新增新能源(yuan)發電(dian)量(liang)30.46億(yi)千(qian)瓦時(shi),等量(liang)替代燃(ran)煤相當于節約電(dian)煤97.34萬(wan)噸。
