記者(zhe)從國家能源集團獲悉,隨(sui)著該集團安徽公司宿州電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)“火(huo)電(dian)(dian)+熔鹽(yan)”儲(chu)(chu)能項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)主廠(chang)房最(zui)后一根鋼(gang)梁15日吊(diao)裝完(wan)成,這個國內規模(mo)最(zui)大(da)的“火(huo)電(dian)(dian)+熔鹽(yan)”儲(chu)(chu)能項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)主體建設(she)正式(shi)完(wan)工。這標志著該項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)進入設(she)備調試(shi)階段。
熔鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱技(ji)術就(jiu)像一個大號“熱能電(dian)(dian)池”。當用(yong)電(dian)(dian)需求低的時候,火電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)可以把多余(yu)的熱能存進熔鹽(yan)(yan)里;等到用(yong)電(dian)(dian)高峰(feng)時,再把存在(zai)熔鹽(yan)(yan)里的熱能釋放出來發(fa)電(dian)(dian)。這樣既能避免浪(lang)費(fei),又(you)能保(bao)證高峰(feng)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)需求。
宿州電(dian)(dian)廠“火(huo)電(dian)(dian)+熔鹽(yan)”儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能項目(mu)采用390℃高(gao)溫和(he)190℃低溫兩(liang)個熔鹽(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)罐(guan)進行(xing)(xing)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re),儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)主要成(cheng)分為三元熔鹽(yan),設計儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)容量為1000兆瓦時(shi)(shi)(shi)。項目(mu)建成(cheng)后,宿州電(dian)(dian)廠機(ji)組在滿(man)負(fu)荷運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時(shi)(shi)(shi),可(ke)連續(xu)供熱(re)(re)4小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi);在30%額(e)定(ding)負(fu)荷下,可(ke)連續(xu)供熱(re)(re)5小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)。同時(shi)(shi)(shi),對(dui)外供熱(re)(re)能力(li)達410噸/小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),較原來供熱(re)(re)能力(li)提高(gao)了260噸/小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)。
經測算,該項目每(mei)年可提升新能(neng)(neng)源消納能(neng)(neng)力(li)約1.28億度(du),折(zhe)算每(mei)年減少3.2萬噸標(biao)煤使用量、減少碳排放約8.5萬噸,并可增加(jia)供熱(re)能(neng)(neng)力(li)220萬噸/年,相當于滿足(zu)當地40多家工商業企(qi)業用熱(re)需(xu)求。
