以用戶為中心為能源系統注入靈活性

與此同時(shi),相(xiang)關政策的(de)精準部(bu)署為能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展提(ti)供(gong)了指導。2015年7月,《國務院關于積極推(tui)進(jin)“互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)+”行動的(de)指導意見(jian)》(國發(fa)(fa)〔2015〕40號)正式發(fa)(fa)布,明(ming)確提(ti)出了“互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)+”智(zhi)慧(hui)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)重點任務。隨后,《國家發(fa)(fa)展改(gai)革委、國家能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)局(ju)、工業和信息化(hua)部(bu)關于推(tui)進(jin)“互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)+”智(zhi)慧(hui)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)(fa)展的(de)指導意見(jian)》(發(fa)(fa)改(gai)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)〔2016〕392號)對相(xiang)關任務進(jin)一步(bu)聚焦細(xi)化(hua)。今(jin)年以來,首批“互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)+”智(zhi)慧(hui)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang))示范項目進(jin)入驗收階段,能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)建設已經(jing)進(jin)入快車(che)道(dao)。

能(neng)源(yuan)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)建設發展的(de)關(guan)鍵在于(yu)“雙向(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)”,“雙向(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)”既包(bao)括能(neng)源(yuan)行業“生(sheng)產者(zhe)”和“消費者(zhe)”之間的(de)互(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong),還包(bao)括源(yuan)網(wang)(wang)(wang)荷儲各個(ge)獨(du)立環(huan)節內部的(de)信息(xi)交互(hu)(hu)處理,因此底層的(de)數據感知是重(zhong)中之重(zhong)。今年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)初國家電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)公(gong)司提出了泛(fan)在電(dian)力物聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)概(gai)念(nian),其目標是應用移動(dong)(dong)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)、人(ren)工智能(neng)等現(xian)代信息(xi)技術(shu)和先(xian)進通(tong)信技術(shu),促進電(dian)力系(xi)統各個(ge)環(huan)節萬物互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)、人(ren)機交互(hu)(hu),實現(xian)狀態全(quan)面(mian)感知、信息(xi)高(gao)效(xiao)處理、應用便捷靈活(huo)。筆者(zhe)認為,泛(fan)在電(dian)力物聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)是能(neng)源(yuan)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)靈活(huo)性(xing)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)來源(yuan),為實現(xian)能(neng)源(yuan)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)“雙向(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)(hu)動(dong)(dong)”提供了最直(zhi)接的(de)解決方(fang)案。從源(yuan)網(wang)(wang)(wang)荷儲這四個(ge)獨(du)立環(huan)節來看:
