2020年10月30日,國家能源局舉辦四季度網上新聞發布會,發布全國能源生產消費有關情況、可再生能源并網運行有關情況以及全國50個主要城市用戶供電可靠性指標等。
數據顯(xian)示,今年前(qian)三季度可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能源整體(ti)發展(zhan)平穩,清潔能源消(xiao)納(na)持續好轉。可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能源裝機規模(mo)穩步擴大。
截至(zhi)2020年9月底(di),我國(guo)可(ke)再生能源發電(dian)(dian)裝機達到8.37億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa),同比增長9.6%;其中,水電(dian)(dian)裝機3.65億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(其中抽水蓄能3089萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa))、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)裝機2.23億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、光伏發電(dian)(dian)裝機2.23億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、生物質發電(dian)(dian)裝機2616萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)。可(ke)再生能源利用水平持續提高。
2020年1-9月,可再生能源發電量(liang)達(da)15305億千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長約6.5%。其(qi)中,水電9025億千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長1.0%;風電3317億千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長13.8%;光伏發電2005億千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長16.9%;生物質發電958億千瓦時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長19.2%。

前(qian)三季度,全(quan)國光伏發電(dian)量2005億千(qian)瓦時(shi),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長16.9%;全(quan)國光伏平均(jun)利用(yong)小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)數916小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)加6小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi);平均(jun)利用(yong)小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)數較高的地(di)區(qu)為東(dong)北地(di)區(qu)1141小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),華北地(di)區(qu)1010小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),其中蒙(meng)西1264小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)、蒙(meng)東(dong)1240小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)、黑龍江1170小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)。
前三季度(du),全國棄光(guang)電(dian)量(liang)約34.3億千(qian)瓦時(shi),平均棄光(guang)率(lv)1.7%,同(tong)比下降0.2個百分(fen)點。棄光(guang)主要集中在西(xi)(xi)藏(zang)、青(qing)海和新(xin)疆,其中,西(xi)(xi)藏(zang)棄光(guang)電(dian)量(liang)1.0億千(qian)瓦時(shi),棄光(guang)率(lv)8.7%,同(tong)比下降11.9個百分(fen)點;青(qing)海棄光(guang)電(dian)量(liang)9.4億千(qian)瓦時(shi),棄光(guang)率(lv)7.0%,同(tong)比上升1.2個百分(fen)點;新(xin)疆棄光(guang)電(dian)量(liang)5.6億千(qian)瓦時(shi),棄光(guang)率(lv)4.5%,同(tong)比下降4.4個百分(fen)點。
